Levicron ASD-H25A/UASD-H25A Ultra Precision

Feature:
German Levicron ASD-H25A and UASD-H25A ultra-high-precision aerostatic CNC tool spindles have ultra-high rotary motion error(Error Motion <0.030um) caused by Patended aerostatic bearings. Both spindles use springless HSK -E25 tool holder type, the maximum speed can reach 90,000RPM, high-efficiency film cooling system, optional high-order rotary coding, can process high-precision parts or molds with optical grade surface roughness, are two types of spindles for ultra-precision machining.

Application:
Suitable for vertical CNC milling machines, ultra-precision machining machines, horizontal ultra-precision lathes, and mold processing machines.
